Our Philosophy
Diets don't work, lifestyle changes do! Diets are temporary, while lifestyle changes can be permanent. Unlike many ineffective weight loss plans, our focus is long-term. We will help add the foods you like to eat into a more balanced nutrition plan. We will assist you in developing normal eating behaviors. We are committed to providing top quality service that is also practical and realistic. We enjoy educating and motivating others toward long-term lifestyle habits. Medical nutrition therapy plays a key role in managing and preventing many illnesses and conditions.
"Be nice to yourself. It's hard to be happy when someone is mean to you all the time." - Christine Arylo
